Step 3) Choose Your Product:

Choose one or more product samples you would like to try in your space.

We carry WNY’s largest and most updated selection of flooring products.

Step 4) Have Us Measure:

After the product has been selected, one of our family trained floor technicians will meet you at your nearest convenience to measure your area, consult you on any details and answer any questions your may have.

Step 5) Allow the Product to Ship:

Generally products take about 2-3 Weeks to reach our Warehouse.

Step 6) Installation: Carpet | Hardwood | Luxury Vinyl

You will be notified to discuss a date for Installation with your Salesman.

Installations generally take place from the hours of 9AM-5PM, Monday-Friday.

Depending on the nature of the installation (flooring type, square footage, and nature of the product), installations may take anywhere from ½-3 days.

Note, products such as hardwood flooring may need to be delivered prior to installation to prevent issues such as buckling during and after installation.
