Refund Policy:
We know that not every rug works for every room and it is often difficult to picture said piece in your own house. We do not want our clients to feel pressured or dissatisfied with their purchase. For that reason, we offer a 2 week money back guarantee for all of our clients. Please call our 300 Delaware Location at (716) 852-0556 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions within 2 weeks of receiving the merchandise. All credit card refunds will be refunded within 5 business days of receipt of returned merchandise, providing the item has not been stained, soiled, or otherwise damaged in anyway. Returns will be subject to a 5% restocking fee and the buyer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. This will be subtracted from your credit refund.
Shipping/ Delivery Policy:
Every rug purchased will ship out within 1-5 business days of purchase. We inspect every item before it ships. We ship rugs using UPS Ground or UPS freight (UPS freight used only in cases where rugs cannot be folded or an order exceeds a certain weight). We ship to all United States Addresses (excluding Hawaii & Alaska) free of charge on orders over $500. If you do live in Hawaii or Alaska and would like to make a purchase, please contact our 300 Delaware Ave, Buffalo, N.Y. 14202 address at (716) 852-0556 to get a custom shipping quote. We also ship to Canada, however extra charges and duty will apply. We cannot ship any items to P.O. boxes. Tax Policy:
All orders with shipping or billing address outside of New York State will be processed without sales tax. Orders within New York State will be subject to an 8.75% sales tax rate. Restocking fees are subject to the same sales tax rates.
